Registration:
In order to register for any class, your name and telephone
number are required. A credit card number (Visa, MC or Discover)
OR a check (made payable directly to the Teacher) is also
required in order to guarantee your spot in the class.
Attendance:
It is recommended that students plan to arrive at least
45 minutes prior to any class if they have not already
purchased their supplies for that class. Also, because
we have multiple classes scheduled on any given day, it
is important that the classes begin on time. In consideration
of the Teachers and students, we ask that ALL students
be on time and be prepared to begin the classes at the
scheduled time.
Payment of Classes and Materials:
PLEASE be advised that Teacher's Fees are paid DIRECTLY
to the teacher in cash or personal check and that anyone needing/wishing to pay
for their class with a credit card will be assessed a
$5.00 Service Charge to do so. Please be advised that Crystal Beads of Boston Gift Certificates cannot be used to pay for teachers' fees. Also, be advised that in
order to keep the cost of the Class Fees to a minimum,
Crystal Beads of Boston
does
not take any part of the Teacher's Fees and therefore
it is a REQUIREMENT that ALL student's materials to be
used in the class registered for MUST be purchase from
Crystal Beads of Boston.
We
appreciate your understanding with respect to this requirement.
Cancellation:
Students have 72 hours (not 3 days) to cancel a
class without being charged. If it is necessary for a
student to cancel a class after the 72-hour period grace
period, your credit card will be charged the cost of the
class, plus a $5.00 cancellation service charge*. HOWEVER,
you will be given one (1) opportunity to make-up the SAME
class (no substitutions) at NO CHARGE. PLEASE BE ADVISED
that if you opt to sign-up for a make-up class and you
miss that class as well WITHOUT a 72-cancellation notification
you will be charged the cost of the class, plus the $5.00
cancellation service charge a second time. You can avoid
this by calling the evening prior to or the morning of
the class to see if there is a vacancy available. (*Those
students wishing to pay by check or money order AND in
order to forego the $5.00 cancellation service charge
can do so by dropping off a check (made payable directly
to the Teacher) PRIOR to the commencement of the Class
being cancelled).
Guest/National Teachers: We will
be having special classes in the near future which will
be taught by National Guest Teachers. PLEASE be advised
that Teacher's Fees for such classes will be paid in full
in advance to Crystal Beads
of Boston and
that NO CANCELLATIONS for these special classes will be
accepted.
In the case that a registered student is unable to attend
a special class, that student can sell or transfer her
spot to a friend. Please be advised that said sale transfer
and proper notification to Crystal
Beads of Boston will be the sole responsibility
of the registered student and not Crystal
Beads of Boston.
