HOW TO USE OUR WEB SITE:
To find out if a particular item is in stock, please refer to the Article # (i.e., 5000, 5301, pendants etc.) first. Each article has it own grid listing the sizes, colors and prices for that article. Any item temporarily out of stock will be italicized and grayed out. We will do our best to update on a daily basis to offer the most accurate information. Additionally, please be patient if there is a Swarovski item not listed as available. We are working tirelessly to "HAVE IT ALL AS SOON AS POSSIBLE". You may want to e-mail us with your request(s) and we will be happy to notify you when it becomes available.

PLACING AN ORDER:
Orders are taken via telephone, fax or e-mail (please refer to Ordering Information for those numbers or e-mail address). If you wish to order via our Toll Free number, PLEASE have your list of desired items ready BEFORE calling. Your cooperation in this regard will be very much appreciated. Furthermore, ALL orders will be taken and filled on a "first-come first-serve" basis and will generally be shipped within 24 to 48 hours of receipt of order.

PAYMENT METHODS:
Crystal Beads of Boston accepts VISA/MasterCard, Money Orders and Personal Checks. Please be advised that no orders paid with either Money Order or Personal Check will be shipped until said check is received and cleared through our Bank. For your own security, please do not e-mail us your credit card details, as we cannot guarantee your privacy or security.

SHIPPING:
It is the policy of Crystal Beads of Boston to process all orders and ship them in the order that they are received. If you need something rushed we offer express mail service including overnight shipment at an additional charge

Minimum Shipping and Handling Costs:
$5.95 for each package up to 1 lb. shipped via US Mail Priority Mail, PLUS insurance (insurance is based on the value of the contents of each order). Those preferring UPS or Fed-Ex as a method of shipment will be accommodated and charged according to the UPS rate chart, plus a $3.00 handling/pick-up fee, plus any applicable insurance.

RETURNS:
If an item is shipped to you in error and you wish to return it, a full credit will be applied to your credit card or your Crystal Beads of Boston Account, whichever is preferred. If you wish to return an item, that you decide upon receipt to return, you may do so with the understanding that it must be within 7 days of the receipt of the sale and that said credit will be applied to your account with Crystal Beads of Boston. If a customer wishes to receive a credit applied to their credit card, there will be a 15% restocking fee and a 5% credit card fee. When making a return, please let us know the reason for the return and the invoice number coinciding to that order IN WRITING. PLEASE take care when packaging your returns, as chipping can occur and damaged crystals cannot be resold. You should return all items in their original packaging and shipped with insurance for their value through USPS, UPS etc. Any items returned damaged cannot be credited - no exceptions.
